Automatic Spring Coiling Machine is Segment Driven.  


The wire de coiler starts as and when wire is required by coiling machine. As soon as sufficient wire in the form of loop is available de coiling stops, and operates again when wire feeding is essential. This intermittent operation is performed automatically with use of proximity switches and solid-state control panel. In case the wire de coiler gets entangled or cannot be fed for some other reason the wire de coiler and coiling machine motors get automatically cutoff preventing the wire from breakage.

 They are manufactured in different sizes depending on the coil weight.
